Callisto Consulting Group Ltd ("Callisto", "we", "us") is a digital transformation and data consultancy working with housing associations, local authorities and public sector organisations.

We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website — principally when you contact us using our enquiry form, by email or by phone.

It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of clients during a consultancy engagement. Where we handle information as a processor for a client, that is governed by the data processing terms in the relevant contract, not by this notice.

When you contact us. Our enquiry form asks for:

• Your name
• Your organisation
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• A short summary of what you would like to discuss
• Your preferred contact time (optional)

If you email or call us instead, we hold whatever information you choose to give us, together with the content of our correspondence.

When you browse the site. If you accept cookies, we collect anonymised information about how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregated and does not identify you individually. If you decline cookies, we do not collect this.

Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated system. This involves Google collecting technical information about your device and browsing behaviour.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or another safeguard recognised under UK data protection law.

• Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted
• Enquiries that lead to an engagement: for the duration of the engagement and 6 years afterwards, to meet contractual, tax and professional obligations
• Website analytics: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months
• Email correspondence: reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
• Erase your information where there is no good reason for us to keep it
• Restrict how we use it while a concern is being resolved
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing — if you object to marketing, we will stop
• Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it, such as analytics cookies
